Thinking of adding a Keeshond to your family? Consider adopting a Keeshond Rescue dog! Many wonderful dogs end up in rescue! Usually, it's through no fault of their own -- they may have gotten lost, or family circumstances may have changed and they need someone new to care for them. Our Keeshond Rescue dogs are waiting to bring love to their new families. We match our dogs with their new people very carefully, according to the needs and personalities of both. Some dogs are placed before they're listed on our website because they match up with someone right away. New dogs arrive often. If you don't see a dog here who interests you, please email us and ask us to put you on our waiting list! We care deeply about our dogs and take them back if their adoptive families can't keep them. To avoid the stress of transport and to make it possible to get them back if necessary, we place our dogs only in Northern California. If you're outside this area, we'll be happy to help you find a Keeshond rescue group closer to you. Please email us. All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, spayed or neutered, current on shots, tested for heartworms, and microchipped.
